How can I get stock information on jewelry I want to purchase?

Can I place a bulk purchase order?

Unfortunately, wholesale orders are unavailable at this time but we will be ready soon.  To inquire about a future bulk purchase order please contact us. 

How to use discount code?

Will my jewelry eventually tarnish?

Our jewelry is tarnish resistant with thick plating. However ALL fine metals tarnish with time. We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry area. Your pieces are easy to maintain and clean. If you wish to polish your pieces we recommend using warm sudsy water and buffing with a scratch free cloth.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Our hypoallergenic jewelry do not have mixed metal plating on the post, which sensitive ears can react to. Instead we are using titanium and stainless steel material for the earring post. 

Why are you using stainless steel and titanium for earring post?

Because they are an excellent hypoallergenic materials for wearers with allergies and sensitivity to base metals such as alloy or brass. Gold plated, gold-filled, or gold overlay/vermeil jewelry, all of these are coated on a base metal with a layer of gold. This gold surface can wear or chip off, leaving your piercing exposed to the reactive metal underneath. In order to prevent this, we always use these hypoallergenic metal for earring post part.

Will the metal turn my skin green?

This all depends on your personal chemistry. We use Gold Plated, Rhodium Plated, Sterling Silver, and 14kt Rose Gold Plated. These are all high quality metals that will not cause irritation unless you have an existing metal allergy to those specific metals.

What if I loose one earring? 

Contact us at if you lose an earring. We can create a half order for you. You will be charged 50% off the price of the earrings.

How long does delivery take?

We offers USPS shipping options that you can track the delivery status. Please see approximate delivery times at our Shipping page.

Does J Banzi ship internationally?

J Banzi does not currently ship outside of America and Canada. However, we are planning to ship internationally as we are ready. 

My online order hasn’t arrived yet. What to do?

We use USPS for the delivery of online purchases. If you have any queries in regard to the whereabouts of your parcel, you can track your item through USPS using your tracking number. If you have still issue, please contact at

Do you require a home address for delivery?

USPS deliver to home, work and P.O addresses. If you are using a work address please ensure you include any delivery details so the courier can find your location easily, e.g. company name, street of entrance, level number.

Return & Exchange

What is your return policy?

You may return non-customized, unworn items for merchandise credit within​ 30 days of receipt ​(based on USPS timestamp date received). Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Hpw do I exchange my order?

Items purchased online can be refunded through our online process. Visit our Returns page to begin your return and proceed the exchange process.

Can you repair my jewelry?

J Banzi jewelry co chains are ensured with a 45 day warranty. If your chain breaks within 45 days we will replace it for free. After 45 day warranty, we charge a $20 repair fee on all pieces (this fee includes shipping costs). Please contact us so we can assess your needs and what we are able to do for you!
